To support shelters and rescues, we offer a modern, free Rescue Management System that replaces outdated tools, manual processes, and legacy platforms.
We are scaling and looking for a driven Account Manager to expand our rescue partner network nationwide.
The Opportunity
This is a full-cycle role with real ownership.
You will contact prospects, run consultative demos, navigate switching conversations, and close new rescue partnerships. Many organizations operate on spreadsheets or outdated systems. Your job is to help them transition to something better and more modern.
This is not a passive inbound role. We are looking for someone who can generate momentum, create urgency, and consistently close.
What You Will Own
- Outbound prospecting
- Identifying and reaching executive decision-makers
- Running structured, high-converting demos
- Handling objections related to switching systems and change management
- Closing partnership agreements
- Driving activation and successful onboarding
- Responding timely to issues from current partners
- Maintenance of relationship with partners
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years experience in full-cycle sales or account management roles
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and high activity levels
- Strong objection handling skills
- Disciplined pipeline management
- Thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments
