Winter Sales Internship

We are hiring motivated individuals for an entry-level field position supporting our residential energy team. No prior sales experience is required. Paid training, assigned territories, and ongoing coaching are provided.

Responsibilities

• Speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Provide basic information about home backup battery options
• Ask qualifying questions
• Schedule consultations for interested homeowners
• Accurately document appointment information

This role focuses on appointment scheduling and does not involve closing sales.

Compensation

• $17/hour, W-2
• Performance bonuses up to $2,000/month
• Additional commission opportunities

Schedule

• Minimum 25 hours per week
• Evening availability required
• Team meetings held in the Claremont/Upland area
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and coachable
• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
