Role Description This remote Product Marketing Manager internship role focuses on supporting the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market efforts for EducationPals.ai’s products and programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights to refine product narratives and value propositions. The intern will help create product briefs, marketing collateral, and launch plans in collaboration with product management, sales, and content teams. Additional tasks may include supporting campaign performance tracking, gathering feedback from users, and recommending improvements to product marketing strategy. This is an internship role, designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced, AI-focused education environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct and synthesize Market Research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Skills in Go-to-Market Strategy and Product Marketing to support positioning, messaging, launch planning, and campaign execution.
- Understanding of Product Management principles to collaborate on feature prioritization, product feedback, and roadmap communication.
- Basic familiarity with Sales processes to align product marketing materials with sales enablement needs and customer conversations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to evaluate marketing performance and inform decisions.
- Interest in AI, edtech, and workforce upskilling; prior experience or coursework in marketing, business, or related fields is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
