Worship Ministry Intern

Experience Christian Church | Exton, PA

Experience Christian Church is seeking a college student with musical gifts and a heart for worship to join our Worship Ministry as an intern.

This is an opportunity for a student interested in worship ministry to gain practical experience in worship planning, musical preparation, team leadership, and Sunday morning worship while being mentored by experienced ministry leaders.

The Worship Ministry Intern will learn how to use their musical and leadership gifts to help create meaningful worship experiences and help people experience God's love.

Responsibilities:

Participate in Sunday morning worship services.
Assist with song selection and worship planning.
Participate in rehearsals and worship team preparation.
Lead worship as appropriate based on experience and readiness.
Work alongside the Worship Director and worship team.
Assist with sound, technology, and other worship-related logistics as needed.
Help prepare music and materials for worship services.
Participate in worship ministry events and projects.
Learn how to collaborate effectively with musicians, volunteers, and ministry leaders.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong vocal or instrumental ability.
Growing relationship with Jesus and a heart for authentic worship.
Servant-leader mindset.
Dependable and prepared.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to receive feedback and continue developing musical and leadership skills.
Interest in worship ministry, music, worship arts, ministry, or a related field preferred.

Schedule: Sunday morning availability required, with additional rehearsal, planning, or ministry hours depending on the student's schedule and ministry needs.
