Financial Advisor Trainee

This is not a traditional salaried employee role. Financial Representatives operate as independent contractors, building their own client base with the support of an established Fortune 500 company, industry-leading training, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities.

What You'll Do 

As a Financial Representative, you'll work with individuals, families, and business owners to help them build and protect their financial futures. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Building and maintaining relationships within your community and professional network 
  • Conducting financial discovery conversations with prospective clients 
  • Developing personalized financial strategies and recommendations 
  • Educating clients on insurance, investments, retirement planning, and wealth accumulation 
  • Growing an independent practice through referrals and business development 
  • Participating in training, mentorship, and professional development programs 
  • Collaborating with experienced advisors and specialists to serve client needs 

 

Compensation & Support 

We believe candidates deserve complete transparency regarding compensation. 

  • Compensation is primarily performance-based and commission-driven. 
  • During the onboarding and development period, qualified candidates may be eligible for training stipends, development allowances, and bonus opportunities totaling up to approximately $55,000 annually when participation, activity, and performance benchmarks are met. 
  • These programs are not guaranteed and are contingent upon participation, training progress, activity completion, and other eligibility requirements. 
  • Successful Financial Representatives have the opportunity to significantly exceed initial support levels through commissions and business growth.
