Community & Social Growth Intern

We’re looking for a dog owner who knows how to create content people actually watch, share, and engage with.

This is not a “help us post on social media” internship. You will help us build a real dog-owner community and grow WoafyPet through high-performing organic content.

What You’ll Do

Create UGC-style social content

  • Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels.
  • Film with your own dog when relevant.
  • Develop hooks, concepts, scripts, and formats designed for retention, shares, comments, and growth.
  • Test multiple content angles quickly and double down on what works.

Grow our social channels

  • Own the content pipeline from idea → filming → editing → posting → performance analysis.
  • Track views, engagement, follower growth, and winning content formats.
  • Study trending dog content, creators, memes, formats, and conversations.

Build the WoafyPet dog-owner community

  • Recruit and engage dog owners online and offline.
  • Start conversations, respond to members, and keep the community active.
  • Identify highly engaged users, creators, and potential ambassadors.
  • Help organize community activities, meetups, interviews, and content collaborations.

What We Require

You must:

  • Own a dog.
  • Have hands-on experience creating short-form UGC or social content.
  • Have produced content that achieved meaningful organic growth or viral reach.
  • Be able to show us actual examples and performance metrics, such as views, engagement, follower growth, shares, or conversions.
  • Understand how to create a strong hook in the first 1 to 3 seconds.
  • Be comfortable filming, editing, posting, and experimenting independently.
  • Understand TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current creator culture.
  • Be proactive. We want someone who creates and tests ideas, not someone waiting for instructions.

Strong Plus

  • Experience building or growing an online community.
  • Existing involvement in dog-owner communities.
  • Experience running creator, ambassador, or UGC programs.
  • Experience with CapCut, Canva, AI content tools, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of US dog-owner culture.
