Who we are

There are fewer than ten of us. That's the whole magazine.

tmrw is an independent culture publication covering music, fashion, and film. Our print issues sit on shelves at Barnes & Noble in the US and go through Nippan IPS in Japan. Our covers have included Billie Eilish, Jackson Wang, and Ciara. We fly out for shoots, we write the stories ourselves, and everyone here does real work because there is nobody else to hand it to.

What you'd actually do

Write. With your name on it.

You'd research subjects before we sit with them, build question sets, turn transcripts into features, and pitch us stories we're missing. If you're good, you'll be in the room for interviews. Some of our best pieces started as a pitch from someone who had only been here a few weeks.

We're not looking for someone to rewrite press releases. We have enough of those in our inbox already.

What we're looking for

Someone who 's in touch with the culture. Someone who can tell the difference between a question that gets an answer and a question that gets the truth. Clean, unfussy writing matters more to us than where you go to school or what you're majoring in.
