Marketing Intern

Marketing Intern

Compensation: $18/hour

School year hours up to 10 hours per week 


 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit marketing content such as videos, emails, webpages, case studies, eBooks, blog posts, and social media posts
  • Publish marketing content, track their performance using HubSpot, LinkedIn, other tools, and report out on results
  • Support the execution and performance tracking of marketing campaigns
  • Improve the data in our marketing contacts database through research and data cleansing
  • Create reports/dashboards to monitor marketing performance
  • Work with delivery team to tell our customer stories through case studies
  • Conduct research to support marketing and sales campaigns

Experience

  • Video editing (using Canva, for example)
  • Graphic design- selecting and editing images, adhering to brand guidelines
  • Business writing: blog posts, articles, newsletter articles
  • Writing and posting engaging social media content
  • Prefer at least 1 year of work experience working in marketing or sales, familiarity with working with CRM software (Hubspot preferred)

Qualities

  • Thrives in a remote, asynchronous work environment
  • Employs creative problem-solving skills to work through ambiguity
  • Manages time effectively and maintains productivity without direct supervision
  • Embraces the opportunity to adopt new tools and learn about unfamiliar concepts especially in AI
  • Strong written communication skills (ex. grammar, rhetoric)
  • Curious, take initiative and has a “can-do” initiative
