About Sweat Kingdom

Sweat Kingdom is a growing American sauna manufacturer specializing in premium outdoor traditional saunas. We manufacture high-quality sauna kits with a focus on craftsmanship, consistency, and an exceptional customer experience.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Production Manager who can take ownership of our manufacturing operation, develop our team, and continuously improve the systems and processes that allow us to scale.

The Role

The Production Manager will be responsible for managing the entire manufacturing process of our kit saunas from start to finish.

You will lead a production team of approximately 20 employees and be accountable for ensuring products move through manufacturing safely, efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The right person will be comfortable managing people on the production floor while also stepping back to identify bottlenecks, solve problems, develop better systems, and improve the way we manufacture our products.

We aren't looking for someone to simply maintain the current operation. We want someone who will make it better.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a production team of approximately 20 employees

Oversee the complete manufacturing process for Sweat Kingdom sauna kits

Plan and coordinate daily production schedules and priorities

Ensure production goals, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently met

Maintain a high standard of woodworking quality and craftsmanship

Train, develop, and hold production employees accountable

Identify production bottlenecks and solve problems quickly

Develop, document, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes

Improve workflow, organization, efficiency, and consistency throughout production

Monitor material usage, labor efficiency, quality, and production output

Work closely with company leadership to increase production capacity as Sweat Kingdom grows

Maintain a clean, organized, productive, and safety-focused manufacturing environment

Establish clear expectations and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Help build systems that allow the manufacturing operation to scale

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field

3–5+ years of management experience as a superintendent, project manager, manufacturing manager, production manager, or in a comparable leadership role

Previous woodworking experience and knowledge

Demonstrated experience managing employees and holding teams accountable

Strong organizational and planning skills

Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to learn new products, systems, and processes quickly

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Experience implementing or improving processes and workflows
