With properties in stunning locations such as Maine's Acadia National Park, the Southern Maine Beaches, and New Hampshire's White Mountains, Lafayette Hotels offers a perfect blend of work and adventure.

About the Program
The Lafayette Leadership Program (LLP) is an 18-month rotational management trainee program designed for fresh and recent graduates who want a real path into hotel leadership, not just a job behind a desk.
You'll rotate through the departments that make a hotel run, learning hands-on from experienced managers at locations available throughout the state of Maine and select locations in New Hampshire. By the end of the program, you'll have the operational depth and leadership experience to step into a management role within our company.
Rotations include (but are not limited to):
- Front Office- guest services, reservations, front desk operations
- Housekeeping- operations, quality standards, scheduling, and leading large teams
- Food & Beverage- FOH and BOH rotation covering restaurant, banquet, and event operations. Can include dedicated back of house time focused on food costing, purchasing, and kitchen flow
- Facilities/Management- preventive maintenance, work orders, vendor coordination, property upkeep.
- Accounting/HR- accounts payable, payroll processing, onboarding, administrative operations

Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate (or graduating senior) or recent graduate within the last two years in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
- Genuine passion for hospitality and working with people; industry experience a plus
- Willingness to relocate or commute between Maine and New Hampshire properties during rotations
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
- A hands-on attitude: you're as comfortable jumping in during a busy check-in rush as you are in a planning meeting
