Lead Teacher

Duties: The Lead Teacher at URS is responsible for the planning and implementation of coordinated educational, physical, and social activities for a group of children; this leads to the creation of an inviting, child-oriented, developmentally- and age-appropriate classroom. This
position also provides personal care to children of all age groups as needed (e.g., feeding, toileting, etc.). The Lead Teacher also ensures that required classroom and state mandated documentation is completed in a timely manner.
