Youth Support Specialist ARY Services

$19.00 an hour, $2,000 bonus, and flexible part-time schedules offered!

Are you passionate about supporting youth in your community? We are a leader in providing caring support and intensive therapy and looking to build our team. In this role, you would:

• Orient youth within our programs by providing compassion, assistance, and engagement, getting them out into the community and focusing on their individual plans, working as an extra support system around daily living, personal care, social integration, and/or emotion regulation.
• Organize and provide transportation to recreational outings to observe behaviors and record observations.  
• Provide thorough proper documentation and notes in collaboration with team members. 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with experience working with youth with emotional, medical, and behavioral disabilities. 
• Students working towards their degree in Human Services, Social Services, Criminal Justice, or Psychology preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
