We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as remote a Vacation Planning Specialists. In this role, you will help clients research, plan, and book memorable vacation experiences based on their interests, preferences, accessibility needs, and budgets.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, helping others, researching destinations, and providing personalized customer service. You will work remotely and communicate with clients by email, telephone, and video chat.

Responsibilities

• Listen carefully to clients and understand their vacation preferences, needs, and budgets
• Research destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
• Present clear and personalized travel options to clients
• Assist clients throughout the planning and booking process
• Communicate professionally through email, telephone, and video chat
• Read and understand supplier policies, pricing information, and travel requirements
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Provide friendly, responsive, and detail-oriented customer service
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Participate in available training and professional-development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Possess basic computer skills, including:

• Have reliable internet access and an appropriate remote workspace

Compensation and Contractor Status

This is an independent-contractor opportunity, not a salaried or hourly employee position. Compensation is performance- and commission-based, with multiple potential ways to earn income through eligible travel bookings and available incentive opportunities.

Income is variable and is not guaranteed. Independent contractors are responsible for developing their client base, managing their schedules, maintaining required equipment and internet access, and handling applicable taxes and business expenses.

United States-based contractors will receive applicable tax documentation, including Form 1099 when required. Contractors residing outside the United States will operate under the appropriate independent-contractor arrangement and remain responsible for complying with the laws and tax requirements of their country.
