Entry-Level Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This position is designed for individuals interested in developing hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, sales, brand representation, and leadership.

Our team works directly with customers through in-person promotional and retail-based marketing campaigns on behalf of established client brands. Marketing Associates help represent our clients, educate customers about available products and services, and assist with customer acquisition and sales.

This is an in-person, customer-facing position and is not a digital marketing, social media, or remote role.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at designated retail and promotional locations
• Engage with customers face-to-face in a professional and approachable manner
• Explain current products, services, promotions, and brand offerings
• Assist interested customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Support customer acquisition and promotional marketing goals
• Learn and apply basic sales and marketing strategies
• Maintain accurate knowledge of client products and campaign information
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Develop leadership, communication, and team-management skills as experience grows
