ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST III
$104,550 to $127,100 annually + benefits
1-Year Appointment (With possibility of extension.)
The San Francisco Superior Court invites applications from qualified individuals interested in providing support to the Data & Business Analytics and Collaborative Courts teams. The Administrative Analyst III develops SQL queries, analyzes data models, and builds data dashboards; works closely with Court judicial officers, management, and staff in the development of data solutions, including extraction and quality assurance queries as well as automated reporting solutions; tests and validates data; executes complex detailed research and analytical assignments; manages various data analytical projects such as resource allocation modeling, program evaluation, and time studies; prepares reports; makes presentations for various internal and external audiences; executes ad hoc assignments; coordinates and actively participates in meetings, and prepares meeting materials including, but not limited to, agendas, briefing documents, meeting notes/minutes; and performs other job-related duties as required. When needed, the Administrative Analyst III provides administrative and programmatic support to the Collaborative Courts. Please note that this is a temporary 1-year grant-funded position that may be extended.
3+ years of progressively responsible professional analytical work experience, preferably in a governmental setting, performing work duties related to project management, public outreach, administrative support and services, program tracking and data entry, and facilities management.
