About iPourIt

iPourIt is redefining the hospitality experience through self-pour beverage technology. Our platform combines cloud software, IoT hardware, mobile applications, and POS integrations to power self-pour restaurants, breweries, entertainment and sports venues, hotels, airports and campuses across North America.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organized, technically curious, and driven Associate Technical Product Manager to help us build better products and improve how we bring ideas from concept to reality.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone early in their product or project management career who wants to work directly with executive leadership and help shape the future of an innovative technology company.

About the Role

You'll work directly with our CEO, CTO and CRO while collaborating with our engineering teams, external development partners, operations, customer support, and sales.

Your primary responsibility will be helping define, organize, prioritize, and manage software development projects from concept through release. You'll ensure our engineering teams have clear requirements, well-organized backlogs, and consistent communication throughout the development lifecycle.

This role blends product management, technical project coordination, and business analysis, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career in product management.

What You'll Do

  • Help translate business ideas into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
  • Own and organize our Jira projects, backlogs, epics, and sprint boards.
  • Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and project tracking.
  • Work with engineering to clarify requirements and remove project roadblocks.
  • Coordinate communication between executive leadership, engineering, operations, customer support, and sales.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Assist with product roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • Coordinate testing, user acceptance, and product releases.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our product development and project management processes.
  • Help ensure new features are well documented and ready for customer deployment.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Scrum, or a related role.
  • Experience working with software development teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience using Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable learning technical concepts and working with software engineers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Attend/lead scrum and other meetings, both in the daytime as well as with our offshore teams in the evenings.

Preferred

  • Experience writing user stories or product requirements.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud software, or mobile applications.
  • Experience with Figma or other design collaboration tools.
  • Hospitality, restaurant technology, POS, payments, or IoT experience is a plus.
  • Scrum Master, Product Owner, or PMP certification is a plus.

Why You'll Love This Role

This isn't a traditional project coordinator position.

You'll have the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, influence product strategy, collaborate with talented engineers, and help define how our company builds software as we continue to grow.

You'll gain experience across product management, software development, business operations, and executive decision-making while building skills that can accelerate your career into Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, or Director of Product.

If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, organizing complex projects, working with technical teams, and building products customers love, we'd love to meet you.

  • Stock option/equity opportunity
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and company holidays
