Marketing Intern
MARKETING INTERN POSITION
ABOUT GRIDCARE
GridCARE is a Stanford-born startup accelerating time-to-power for AI data centers and other large loads. Our physics-based AI platform, GridCARE Energize™ finds and activates latent capacity on the existing grid — cutting energization timelines from years to months. We're growing fast and looking for a creative, plugged-in Marketing Intern to help tell that story.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Marketing Intern for the 2026–2027 school year to help keep GridCARE's brand sharp, visible, and on pulse with the AI, energy, and data center industries. You'll split your time between staying on top of industry news and trends and posting content — primarily for LinkedIn — while supporting the broader marketing team on day-to-day projects. This role is great for someone who loves to write, design, and stay plugged into what's happening in AI infrastructure and energy industries.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Track industry news, trends, and conversations across AI, data centers, and energy/utilities — and flag what's relevant for GridCARE to weigh in on.
- Draft, design, and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts that build GridCARE's voice and visibility in the market.
- Create graphics, short videos, and other visual content to support social, sales, and event needs.
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day projects: decks, one-pagers, email campaigns, and event materials.
- Help monitor engagement and share simple takeaways on what's resonating.
- Bring fresh ideas for how GridCARE can show up creatively across channels.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in following industry news and translating it into compelling content.
- Strong writing skills and an artistic, creative eye for visual storytelling.
- Comfortable on LinkedIn and familiar with the tone and format that performs well there.
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a few projects at once.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva.
- Interest in AI, energy, or the data center industry.
DETAILS

- Location: Redwood City, CA or remote (USA).
