Inside Sales Representative

No flooring or construction experience necessary. You'll be challenged and asked to achieve great results. Desire for growth and the readiness to learn are a must.
You'll be asked to:
- Focus on selling flooring, kitchen, and bathroom materials and installation services
- Pursuit new clients through networking, cold calling, warm calling, and thinking outside of the box
- Communicate with clients and FF (Foundation Flooring) team before, during, and after sales process
- Estimating and communicating with vendors on prices, availability, and samples
- Assist FF team and clients in the showroom
- Help maintain showroom cleanliness
- Stay up to date on new products and installations techniques
Salary and Benefits Include:
- Base salary plus generous commission plan
- Paid Time Off (Dec 24th to Jan 1st off) , Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of Thanksgiving week off, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 15 days off for personal use per year (sick, personal, vacation) Can Carry over 3 days each year.
- Employer will add additional 25% (up to $100) to 401k monthly contributions
