About Us We are a dynamic, multi-state State Farm insurance and financial services agency proudly serving communities across California, Arizona, Nevada, and Oregon. We are looking for a creative, highly motivated Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team and help elevate our digital presence and community outreach.

The Role This part-time internship offers flexible hours designed to work seamlessly around your class schedule. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand building, and client engagement within the financial services and insurance sector. You will play a direct role in shaping how we communicate our value to clients across our four-state footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Design engaging graphics, write compelling copy, and produce short-form video content for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Social Media Management: Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and interact with our online community to foster brand loyalty and visibility.

Campaign Strategy: Assist in brainstorming and executing digital marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and educating clients on insurance and financial products.

Market Research: Track social media analytics, monitor current digital trends, and provide weekly insights on campaign performance.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a degree program for Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.

Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong plus.

Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage time effectively in a flexible work environment.
