VERIWORKS

Verified workforce. Accountable delivery.  •  Truth works.

Marketing Intern

Part-Time (~20 hrs/week)  |  Fall Semester  |  West Palm Beach or Boca Raton, FL

Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer

About VeriWorks

VeriWorks is the unifying brand behind a portfolio of leading workforce and staffing companies — including Action Labor, Labor Solutions, Complete Labor & Staffing, Project Staffing and Project Flagging, Staffing Connection, LaborWorx, and Dynamic Protection Group. We bring these best-in-class operating companies together under one enterprise brand built on a simple promise: a verified workforce and accountable delivery. In short — Truth works.

We’re growing, and we’re building a modern marketing engine to match. This internship is a chance to help shape how VeriWorks and its operating companies show up in the market — from the content we create to the campaigns that put it to work.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated Marketing Intern to support content creation and social media across VeriWorks and its operating companies. Working directly with our Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll produce content, publish it to LinkedIn and other channels, and partner with our sales team to put that content to work in campaigns. It’s a hands-on role with real ownership and visible impact — ideal for a student who wants portfolio-ready work and a front-row seat to how B2B marketing and sales connect. You’ll work with a modern, AI-first toolkit — Claude, Gamma, Higgsfield, and HubSpot — that lets a small team produce like a much bigger one.

What You’ll Do

Work in an AI-first content stack — use Claude, Gamma, Higgsfield, and HubSpot to take ideas from brief to published piece, and help us find faster, better ways to create.

Create content for VeriWorks and its operating companies — graphics, short posts, and copy that support both brand and recruitment marketing.

Design branded content with our AI content stack — Gamma for decks and one-pagers, Higgsfield for image and video, and Claude-built design tools — staying true to each company’s look and the VeriWorks brand standards.

Write clean, on-brand copy — captions, posts, and short marketing pieces that sound like us and read well.

Publish and schedule posts to LinkedIn and other channels using HubSpot, and help maintain a shared content calendar.

Partner with sales to package and repurpose content for sales campaigns, outreach, and prospecting.

Track what’s working — pull engagement metrics from HubSpot and LinkedIn and share simple insights to sharpen the next round of content.

Support brand consistency across the operating companies as content moves between them and the VeriWorks brand.

What We’re Looking For

Currently enrolled undergraduate student (junior or senior preferred) in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Strong writing and copy-editing skills — you can turn an idea into a clean, engaging post.

Hands-on familiarity with LinkedIn and other social platforms, and a feel for what performs on each.

Comfort learning new tools quickly — especially AI tools. Any hands-on experience with Claude, Gamma, Higgsfield, HubSpot, Canva, or Adobe is a plus.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deliverables across several brands.

Self-directed and dependable — comfortable taking a project from brief to finished piece.

Able to work approximately 20 hours per week, in-office, out of our West Palm Beach or Boca Raton location.

Nice to Have

You already use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, generative image or video) in your own work — and can show us how.

A portfolio, class project, or personal channel showing your content or social work.

Experience with short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Interest in B2B, staffing, workforce solutions, or the skilled trades.

What You’ll Gain

Real ownership of content across a multi-brand portfolio — work you can point to.

Direct mentorship from the Chief Commercial Officer and exposure to how marketing and sales work together.

A portfolio of published, real-world content by the end of the semester.
