What you could be doing:
Some of the tasks involved in this role are:
• Support steel procurement activities, including purchase order placement, expediting, supplier communication, and inventory tracking.
• Assist procurement systems with data management, supplier maintenance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the outsourcing team to track purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and production status, ensuring timely communication of risks and milestones.
• Create, document, and maintain procurement SOP's, work instructions, and process documentation to standardize best practice.
• Participate in strategic sourcing projects, supplier evaluations, cost analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement organization.

Candidate requirements:
- You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2027
- You should have no more than 12 months’ work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)
- You must be eligible to live and work permanently in the US
- You will need to have a Degree and/or Masters in a relevant discipline i.e.:
Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics - A good level of verbal and written English
- Driving Licence
- Willing to work full-time, in person
