Marketing & Business Development Coordinator
Thrive Wellness + Aesthetics is seeking a creative, organized and relationship-driven Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our growing physician-led wellness and aesthetics practice in Chicago.
This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who wants hands-on experience across digital marketing, social media, business development, CRM, events and community partnerships rather than being limited to one area of marketing.
You'll work directly with our Founder & Medical Director and take meaningful ownership of projects that contribute to the growth of the business.
What You'll Do
Manage Thrive's social media and content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok; create and coordinate digital campaigns; manage our CRM, lead pipelines and follow-up workflows; develop email newsletters and SMS campaigns; and maintain website content, Google Business Profile and basic SEO.
You'll also help develop partnerships with Chicago employers, fitness studios, hotels, residential communities, healthcare professionals and other organizations; support our Thrive On Demand corporate wellness program; and represent Thrive at networking events, wellness events and community activations.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with 2–3 years of relevant marketing, business development, social media or community outreach experience who is creative, proactive, highly organized and comfortable taking initiative.
Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience with social media, CRM platforms, email/SMS marketing or website management is preferred. Canva, photography, video recording/editing, SEO, event planning, B2B outreach and AI marketing tools are strong pluses.
Because we are a healthcare practice, professionalism, discretion and appropriate handling of confidential information are essential.
Position Details
Full-time hybrid position based in Chicago with approximately 1–2 days per week in office, plus occasional local events, meetings and community outreach.
$25–$28/hour, based on experience, with opportunities for performance bonuses, qualifying commissions, employee discounts, professional development and advancement.
This role is designed to grow. A high-performing Coordinator will have the opportunity to develop into a Marketing & Business Development Manager as Thrive expands.
