Company: Xtreme Polishing Systems (XPS)
Job Type: Full-time, in-person

Xtreme Polishing Systems is looking for a creative, energetic Videographer / Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team. This full-time, in-person role is a strong opportunity for a current university student nearing graduation or a recent graduate looking to build a professional portfolio and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

We are seeking someone with a vibrant visual style, strong creative instincts, and the ability to take an idea, direction, or product and turn it into engaging video content. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn, receptive to feedback, comfortable working through revisions, and excited to grow with a company that creates content for an active product-driven brand.

Responsibilities

Film and edit engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, product launches, and promotional materials

Create short-form and long-form videos that capture products, events, classes, customer experiences, and company culture

Edit a high volume of video content while maintaining strong visual quality and brand consistency

Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, music, and effects where appropriate

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and creative campaign ideas

Take direction and apply feedback efficiently through revisions

Organize raw footage, project files, and final exports for ongoing content production

Help maintain a consistent, energetic, and professional visual style across video channels

Qualifications

Current university student, graduating student, or recent graduate in Film, Video Production, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects

Strong understanding of video editing, pacing, storytelling, composition, lighting, and sound

Must own and be comfortable using personal video-production equipment, including a camera and microphones

Ability to film and edit independently while also collaborating closely with a team

Comfortable receiving creative direction and constructive criticism

Able to work diligently, manage deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced, editing-heavy environment

Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for producing high-quality work

A portfolio or reel demonstrating filming and editing abilities is required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience producing content for social media platforms, especially short-form video

Experience with product videos, event coverage, educational content, interviews, or promotional campaigns

Familiarity with lighting setups, audio capture, color correction, and motion graphics

Experience creating content for e-commerce, construction, coatings, automotive, industrial, or hands-on product brands is a plus

Ability to contribute creative concepts—not just execute edits—is highly valued

What We Offer

A full-time, in-person role creating real marketing content for a growing company

Hands-on experience in both videography and high-volume video editing

The opportunity to build a diverse professional reel and portfolio

Direct collaboration with an in-house marketing team

Ongoing feedback, mentorship, and opportunities to expand your creative skills

Room to grow for someone who is dependable, motivated, receptive to direction, and committed to improving

Please submit your resume, a link to your video reel or portfolio, and examples of work that demonstrate your filming, editing, storytelling, and motion-graphics abilities.

We are looking for someone with more than technical editing skills. The right person brings creativity, positive energy, strong visual judgment, and a genuine eagerness to learn, improve, and help create content that stands out.
