About Swivr
Swivr is building a modern trading platform for crypto and sports markets, with a particular focus on fast-moving and live markets.
We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Intern to help us identify, reach out to, and build relationships with creators, affiliates, communities, and other potential distribution partners across sports, sports betting, trading, crypto, and prediction markets.
This is not a traditional social media internship. The role is much closer to sales, business development, and creator partnerships. You will be responsible for finding strong potential partners, starting conversations, pitching Swivr, and helping turn those relationships into active affiliates.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify high-quality creators, affiliates, communities, newsletters, accounts, and other potential partners across sports, sports betting, trading, crypto, prediction markets, and finance.
- Build and maintain organized prospect lists based on audience quality, relevance, engagement, and potential value.
- Conduct outbound outreach through X, email, Discord, Telegram, and other relevant channels.
- Introduce creators and partners to Swivr and explain our product and affiliate program.
- Follow up with prospects and move conversations from initial outreach toward onboarding.
- Help negotiate and structure affiliate relationships when appropriate.
- Maintain relationships with affiliates after onboarding and help them successfully promote Swivr.
- Track outreach, responses, conversions, referred users, trading activity, and revenue generated by affiliates.
- Test different outreach messages, offers, and partner profiles to determine what converts best.
- Work directly with the Swivr team on new growth ideas and partnership opportunities.
Who We're Looking For
You do not need years of professional experience. We care much more about whether you are driven, resourceful, competitive, and comfortable reaching out to people.
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Are highly interested in sports, sports betting, trading, crypto, or prediction markets.
- Are comfortable sending cold emails and DMs and following up when someone does not respond.
- Have strong written communication skills.
- Understand how creators and online communities operate.
- Can quickly determine whether an account has a valuable and relevant audience.
- Are organized and capable of managing a large pipeline of potential partners.
- Are persistent without being careless or spammy.
- Enjoy sales, negotiation, networking, or business development.
- Are motivated by performance-based compensation and measurable results.
- Can operate independently and move quickly in a startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous sales, business development, recruiting, affiliate marketing, or creator partnership experience.
- Experience growing an X account, Discord community, newsletter, or online audience.
- Familiarity with sports betting or prediction-market platforms.
- Familiarity with trading or crypto products.
- Experience with cold outreach or lead generation.
- Existing relationships with creators or communities in sports, trading, or crypto.
Compensation
- This role includes performance-based upside tied to the affiliates and partners you bring to Swivr.
- In addition to base/hourly compensation, interns can earn commission based on the activity generated by affiliates they successfully source and onboard.
- The goal is simple: the more valuable the partnerships you create, the more you can earn.
- There is significant upside for someone who is able to consistently identify and close strong partners.

We are looking for someone who wants ownership over that process and is excited by the opportunity to directly impact the growth of an early-stage product.
