Role Overview
Jung Lee NY is seeking a passionate and driven Full Time Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will help deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting sales goals and promoting the brand. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, service-minded, and thrives in a collaborative, design-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual sales targets by cultivating strong client relationships and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.

Client Experience: Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; provide thoughtful, tailored recommendations.

Client Communication: Follow up with clients via email, phone, and in-store interactions to answer questions, support purchases, and build lasting loyalty.

Product Knowledge: Become an expert in all store offerings, including brand stories, lead times, and shipping policies across all collections.

Registry Support: Assist clients with building and managing their registries, offering personalized guidance throughout the process.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual standards, cleanliness, and organization; assist with replenishment.

Promotions & Events: Collaborate on creative ideas for in-store events and promotions to drive traffic and sales.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate, timely records of sales activity, customer interactions, and client preferences.

Team Contribution: Help onboard new team members, share best practices, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

Prior retail sales experience preferred, but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-first mindset with a passion for design and home goods.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch retail environment.

Experience with Magento and Square POS is a plus.

Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
