IT Support Intern

IT Support (Part-Time / Intern)

About RapDev:

RapDev builds the operational backbone for autonomous IT. More than 1,000 enterprises run ServiceNow and Datadog better because of us — trusted data, connected workflows, and AI that resolves incidents instead of just reporting them.

On the ServiceNow side of our business, we specialize in modern ITOM, ITAM, AI, SPM, and DevOps implementations designed to help organizations engineer their ServiceNow into a powerful AI-driven platform. And on the Datadog side of our business, our experienced team of SREs and DevOps engineers drive better observability, availability, and deployment velocity for organizations looking to drive measurable business impact through their Datadog environment.

About the Role

This role is perfect for a student who's curious about tech and likes fixing things. You'll spend your time helping our team stay up and running — setting up laptops, prepping conference rooms for meetings, and jumping in whenever something tech-related needs a hand. It's a mix of hands-on work and problem-solving, and you'll get exposure to how IT operations work at a real company. No two days look exactly the same, but you'll always know your work is helping the team move faster.

What You'll Do

Computers & Equipment

  • Set up laptops, monitors, and other equipment for employees
  • Help troubleshoot when something isn't working (Wi-Fi, printers, computers acting up, etc.)
  • Keep track of company equipment (who has what)
  • Help get new employees set up with their gear on their first day

Meeting & Event Tech (AV)

  • Set up screens, cameras, and microphones for meetings and events
  • Make sure conference rooms are ready to go before meetings
  • Be on hand to fix any tech hiccups during important calls or events

General IT Support

  • Help keep our IT documentation and processes organized
  • Support small projects to help us tighten up our overall tech setup

What We're Looking For

  • Currently a student (or recent grad) comfortable with computers and troubleshooting
  • Good with your hands when it comes to setting up hardware and cables
  • Reliable and organized — you follow through on tasks
  • Friendly and easy to work with — you'll be helping people all around the office
  • No specific IT certifications required — we'll teach you what you need to know

Nice to Haves

  • Any past experience with tech support, IT, or AV setup (school, part-time job, etc.)
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
