Brand Ambassador

Coastal5ive is a St. Petersburg–based promotional marketing company that partners with recognized brands to deliver face-to-face customer experiences at live events. We're hiring a Brand Ambassador to join our team — a great fit for students and recent grads looking to build real-world experience in marketing, communications, sales, or business while working full-time. No prior experience is necessary; full training is provided from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Represent client brands at live promotional events and activations throughout the St. Petersburg area
  • Engage members of the public in friendly, informative conversations about featured campaigns
  • Guide interested consumers through the process, from initial conversation to completed purchase or enrolment
  • Build brand awareness and a positive public perception at every event you attend
  • Log daily activity and interaction notes accurately at the end of each shift
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and development sessions as part of your regular schedule

SKILLS YOU'LL BUILD

  • Public speaking and interpersonal communication
  • Sales and consultative selling techniques
  • Campaign and brand knowledge across multiple industries
  • Time management and self-accountability in a fast-paced environment
  • Foundations transferable to marketing, business, communications, and sales careers

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Outgoing, people-first personality with genuine interest in conversation
  • Professional, positive attitude in public-facing settings
  • Reliable, accountable, and consistent with follow-through
  • Full-time availability for in-person, live events
  • Regular access to a reliable vehicle is preferred, as events take place at various locations across the St. Petersburg area
  • Open to candidates of all majors and experience levels — this role is built for growth, not a resume
