Three Cities Innovations is growing our team in Temple, TX, and we are seeking motivated individuals to join us as Entry Level Management Trainees.
This full-time, management-track opportunity is designed for recent graduates, career starters, and early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in leadership, sales, customer service, business development, team development, and management.
No previous management experience is required. We provide structured training, hands-on coaching, mentorship, and practical leadership experience designed to help motivated team members develop the skills needed for future management opportunities.
Entry Level Management Trainee Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Able to work full-time and on-site in Temple, TX.
- Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting directly with customers and clients.
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Goal-oriented and driven by personal and team achievement.
- Organized with strong time-management skills.
- Dependable, professional, and punctual.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Interested in leadership, management, sales, or business development.
- Able to accept feedback and apply coaching.
- Reliable transportation for commuting and local business activities.
- Previous management experience is not required.
As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you will learn our business from the ground up while developing practical experience in sales, customer service, team operations, and leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Engage directly with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Deliver clear and professional product presentations.
- Build positive customer and client relationships.
- Learn and apply effective sales and customer service strategies.
- Support customer acquisition and business development initiatives.
- Assist with local marketing, promotional, and customer outreach activities.
- Work toward individual and team performance goals.
- Track customer interactions, sales activity, and performance results.
- Communicate customer feedback and market insights to management.
- Participate in daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Learn how managers set goals, monitor results, and improve team performance.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members as you progress.
- Help motivate and support team members through positive leadership.
- Participate in leadership workshops, management training, and coaching sessions.
- Support managers with team development and day-to-day business operations.
- Develop skills in account management, client relations, and business growth.
- Represent Three Cities Innovations professionally during customer, client, and community interactions.
