We’re hiring a highly creative, organized, and fast-moving marketing professional to lead marketing across three distinct companies in wellness, real estate, and wealth management.

This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a hands-on multitasker who can create viral content, develop marketing strategies, manage social media and influencers, coordinate press and media opportunities, produce client events, and collaborate with internal teams and agency partners.

PUR Cold Pressed is a growing wellness brand offering premium cold-pressed juices, cleanses, wellness shots, and daily nutrition products.

ORO Real Estate is an El Paso real estate company focused on rental opportunities, property marketing, and positive tenant experiences.

Crown Wealth Strategies provides comprehensive wealth management and an elevated planning experience for business owners, physicians, retirees, and families.

You might film a wellness Reel for PUR, create property content for ORO, and coordinate a client event or media opportunity for Crown—all in the same week.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute marketing strategies for all three companies

Create original, engaging, and shareable social media content

Manage posts, Reels, TikToks, Stories, and content calendars

Build influencer, creator, media, and community partnerships

Write press releases, media pitches, announcements, and marketing copy

Plan and execute client events, launches, and brand activations

Coordinate photography, video, graphics, and campaign production

Work closely with leadership, internal teams, agencies, and vendors

Manage multiple projects, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables

Track performance and recommend opportunities for continued growth

Who We’re Looking For

A creative thinker who can also execute ideas quickly

An exceptional multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills

Experience with social media, content creation, PR, events, or brand marketing

Confidence working with executives, clients, influencers, media, and agencies

Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, analytics, and content-planning tools

Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts is strongly preferred

Position Details

Position: Full-time
Location: On-site in El Paso, Texas
Compensation: Starting at $36,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses
