Growth Marketer
We build Listadum, an all-in-one toolkit for Etsy sellers who treat their shop like a business. More than 10,000+ sellers use it. We're three years in, fully bootstrapped, no investors, and when our customers have problems, we are the ones answering them directly.
We've grown on SEO and word of mouth and almost nothing else. There's a whole side of the business, social, video, community, events, that we know could be a real growth engine, and we've barely touched it. We're looking for one person to help us change that.
What this is
We record the videos. We host the webinars. We stay the face of Listadum. What we need is the person who makes all of it actually run.
Day to day, that looks like:
- Figuring out what to make: research the topics, trends, and questions our sellers actually care about, and where it's worth showing up.
- Turning what we create into a steady stream of content across our channels (Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube today, with room to test new ones like TikTok, Reddit and more).
- Helping us build and run a real community for our sellers.
- Keeping our live events running smoothly while we host.
- Over time, as you find your feet: our newsletter, customer stories, ad creative, and more.
You won't do all of this on day one, and you won't do it alone. You'll learn a lot of it from us and with us. That's the point.
Who we're looking for
This is an entry-level role, and we mean that as the opportunity it is. It's not a senior marketing job, and it's not a "just post on socials" job either. It's a first real shot for someone early in their career who wants to grow into running a big part of a business, and who's up for the unglamorous production work that gets them there. We're betting on your drive and how fast you learn, not on your resume.
You probably:
- Live on these platforms already. We should never have to explain what a Reel or a subreddit is.
- Have run something of your own, even something small. A shop, a page, a side project, a community. Anything you took from nothing to actually finished.
- Are a self-motivated doer. This is the big one. We're a tiny team, and we aren’t interested in micromanaging you.
- Have strong written skills. You'll draft posts and emails daily. We'll help you polish, but you have to create a strong foundation.
- Bonus, not required: you run or have run an Etsy or online shop yourself.
We care far more about drive, follow-through, and how fast you learn than about your resume or your job titles.
How it works
- Fully remote, and we're open to people anywhere. We just need a few hours of overlap with US Pacific time so we can actually talk things through.
- How we set it up depends on where you are: employee, contractor, whatever's cleanest where you live. We'll figure out the right arrangement with you.
- Paid monthly. We start you at a rate that fits your experience and where you're based, and it climbs as you take on and own more. That growth is the whole idea behind this role.
- We start with a paid 30 to 60 day trial on a handful of concrete things we agree on up front, so we both know by the end whether it's working.
- Real upside as you grow into owning pieces of this with us.
How to apply
No resume, no cover letter. Message us here or email jobs@listadum.com with:
- One thing you've built or run yourself, and what happened to it.
- Fifteen minutes on listadum.com, then tell us one thing you'd test in our first month, and why.
- A link to something you've written or made. A post, a caption, a video, a page. Anything.
- Where you're based, your rough availability, and what monthly rate would make this worth your while.
(PS: application without these or fully written by AI will be ignored)
If it's a fit, you'll hear from us within a week.
