Responsibilities:

Gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.

Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and quality.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).

Work with stakeholders to translate business questions into data analysis tasks.

Use statistical methods (hypothesis testing, forecasting, trend analysis) to interpret data.

Monitor KPIs and provide insights for process, cost, and revenue improvement.

Collaborate with IT/Data Engineering teams to maintain scalable data systems.

Present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying databases.

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).

Proven ability to handle large datasets and ensure data integrity.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to present insights clearly to business leaders.
