Position Summary
Provide proactive, end-to-end litigation support that keeps family-law matters organized, compliant, trial-ready, and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, discovery, mandatory disclosures, correspondence, notices, and proposed orders for attorney review.
- Track court, discovery, mediation, and internal deadlines with no preventable lapses.
- Prepare hearing, mediation, deposition, and trial binders and exhibits.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors within role boundaries.
- Maintain accurate files, notes, tasks, and calendars in Rocket Matter.
- Coordinate with junior paralegals and attorneys to resolve missing documents and case bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Florida family-law experience across the case lifecycle.
- Strong drafting, discovery, calendaring, and trial-preparation skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate or degree.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Rocket Matter experience.
