Strategy & Operations Lead Remote / NY preferred
About us We're a team of physicians, engineers, and operators building a novel healthcare platform that will serve as the distribution layer for the incredible AI and cardiometabolic advances over the coming 3-5 years
The role You will own execution across whatever is most critical at a given time: provider network development, vendor selection, financial modeling, investor materials, and board prep. There will be lots of admin work, and you'll gain leverage by effectively automating as much of it as you can while maintaining performance. At a macro level, you'll turn our top priorities into shipped work and keep every workstream unblocked.
What you'll do
- Run a handful of workstreams at once: regulatory filings, financial models, partner negotiations, vendor selection, CRM maintenance
- Write the models, memos, and decks we use with regulators, investors, customers, and partners
- Push back on "required" steps and timelines instead of accepting them
You have
- 2-5+ years of experience in investment banking or strategy consulting (ideally healthcare (services, healthtech) or FIG (specialty, insurance)
- Ideally paired with operating experience in healthcare, finance, regulated industries, or startups
- MBA or other advanced degree a plus but not required
- Clear writing, solid modeling, comfort with regulatory detail
- Heavy AI use in your daily work already
