Commercial Projects Manager

Key Responsibilities

New Brand Assessment and Prospecting (15% of time)
• Manage the new brand funnel and track all leads and attend new business
meetings ; develop new ideas and process to prospect potential GS clients
• Ensure credentials are up to date with our most recent case studies featured
• Support marketing efforts through a combination of LinkedIn posting,
networking at Trade Shows and organizing events that raise business
awareness

Project Management and Delivery (variable, can be 25-50% of time)
• Collaborate with internal team to deliver compelling business plans for new-to-
USA brands. Manage overall project process (timeline, budget, client scheduling)
• Analyze data (client research, syndicated retail data) with analyst using client
files to build a strong narrative for the business
• Support the refinement, development of the brand’s value proposition (product, pricing,
positioning) for timely USA launch
• Liaise with internal sales team to develop customer plans and timelines in line with the
business goals and objectives
• Recommend investment needs in-line with the brand’s goals and capital
• Liaise with other stakeholders (Operations, Marketing) to build strong launch
plans and recommendations
• Build launch P&Ls (using template, with partner support) to support the
business plans
• They have a strong data-base of these projects and will provide necessary tools and
direction to be successful. Partners are heavily involved in this process and will support
throughout
• Organize and prepare agenda for client and cross-functional internal meetings
Pre-Launch Preparation For Business Management Brands (variable, can be 25-50% of
time)
• Coordinate pre-launch efforts ahead of “formal” sales launch
• Develop all selling assets (data-driven deck, sell sheets etc...)
• Manage Gantt chart to project launch date and involve all other stakeholders
as required.
• They have a strong pre-launch process, and institutional knowledge in this area to
support this role (and train)

Ad Hoc Brand and Sales Support (15% of time)
• Attend key customer meetings and present on behalf of the brand
• Attend client governance calls (monthly performance reviews) and share insight around
performance and project status

Ideal Candidate Profile
• 4 year college degree
• 4 years of experience in:
• Brand Management as an ABM or similar level
• Data analysis and brand strategy
• Retail media, Amazon, or e-commerce
• Agency or in-house consumer brand marketing
• Strong analytical, organizational and executive functioning skills
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Comfortable working closely with sales teams
• Confident coordinating agencies and timelines
• Service-oriented, dependable, and professional in client communications
• Interested in how products actually sell — not just how they’re positioned
Bonus (Not Required)
• CPG or food & beverage experience
• Amazon or retail media exposure
