Experiential Marketing Intern

ABOUT ANALOG EVENTS

Analog Events is a strategy-first experiential agency that turns business objectives into human experiences. We create and produce events, activations, launches, premieres, conferences, and cultural moments for leading brands across entertainment, technology, beauty, and lifestyle. We do not simply produce events. We make strategy physical.

We are also the team behind Agent Analog, an intelligent SMS concierge and engagement platform built for live events. Agent Analog helps guests access information, receive personalized support, and engage with an event directly through text, while giving brands a clearer understanding of guest needs and behavior.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a student who wants real exposure to experiential marketing, event production, and emerging event technology. The intern will work alongside our account and production teams, supporting projects from early planning and creative development through onsite execution and post-event wrap-up. The role may also support Agent Analog with event setup, testing, research, sales materials, and reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

  • How experiential programs move from strategy and concept through production and execution
  • How agency teams manage clients, vendors, budgets, timelines, and live-event logistics
  • How to source and evaluate venues, rentals, décor, scenic elements, branded materials, and production partners
  • How project documentation, including status reports, timelines, call recaps, trackers, and event recaps, keeps complex work moving
  • How event technology can improve the guest experience before, during, and after a live program
  • How conversational AI tools are prepared, tested, and tailored for individual events
  • How live experiences generate guest behavior and first-party data that can demonstrate business impact
  • How brands use live experiences to create connection, content, and measurable results

  • Assist with event preparation, packing, inventory, onsite setup, guest experience, and post-event wrap-up
  • Help organize event information, frequently asked questions, schedules, venue details, and other content used to prepare Agent Analog for live programs
  • Support Agent Analog testing and quality assurance by reviewing responses, identifying gaps, and confirming event information is accurate
  • Assist with research, sales materials, demonstrations, use cases, and post-event reporting related to Agent Analog
