As a Front of House Manager, you'll lead daily restaurant operations while working alongside experienced General Managers and Regional Leaders. This role is designed for individuals who want to grow their leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-service environment with opportunities for long-term career advancement.

Whether you're a recent hospitality graduate or an experienced restaurant leader, you'll receive mentorship, structured training, and the support needed to continue building your career.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire front-of-house teams during daily operations

Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns with professionalism

Coach, train, and develop team members to uphold Torro's service standards

Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management

Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching throughout each shift

Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and operational execution

Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction

Support hiring, onboarding, and performance development

Help drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
