User Generated Content Creator

You will need to post 6-7 UGC videos every week (so~1 vid/day)
You will need to good at yapping on camera
Don't need to be very experienced or have a lot of views
You will need to be based in the US or UK
You will get paid a base rate per video and performance bonuses based on how many views the video gets. 
After a trial of 2 weeks, we can onboard you as a regular with even better pay and benefits.
Skills: able to identify and copy the viral elements of a video, speak in an engaging way with intonations and emphasis, able to edit the video (simple editing on the platform itself is fine)
Since we are a education platform, if you recently graduated or still in school then it will be an added advantage

Estimated pay: $20–$40 per hour, based on approximately 30–60 minutes of work per video.

Creators are paid $20 for each completed video, with an expected posting frequency of one video per day.

Performance bonuses:

• $100 for 100,000 views
• $250 for 500,000 views
• $450 for 1,000,000 views

The guaranteed base pay is approximately $600 per month for 30 approved videos, excluding performance bonuses.
