If so, Positive Solutions Behavior Groupis hiring Behavior Technicians (BT, RBT) to work in our Beavercreek, OH ABA center.
BTs work 1:1 with children; As an RBT, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping children learn, grow, and gain skills they can use every day. ABA therapy sessions integrate play, games, movement, conversation, everyday routines, and fun activities based on each child’s goals and interests.
You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a supportive clinical team to turn individualized intervention plans into meaningful, engaging learning experiences.

Job Description
Your day-to-day may include:
- 🌟 Bring treatment plans to life by implementing individualized programs and strategies developed by the BCBA.
- 🧸 Teach through play and activities by using toys, games, crafts, movement, books, and other engaging activities to help children practice new skills.
- 💬 Build communication skills by helping clients learn to express their wants and needs, follow directions, answer questions, and engage in conversation.
- 🤝 Practice social skills such as sharing, taking turns, playing with others, joining group activities, understanding social cues, and building friendships.
- 🏡 Teach everyday life skills like getting dressed, cleaning up, washing hands, following routines, completing simple tasks, and becoming more independent.
- 😊 Support emotional and coping skills by helping clients practice waiting, handling changes, asking for breaks, managing frustration, and using appropriate ways to communicate.
- 🎯 Work on learning and school-readiness skills including attention, following instructions, imitation, matching, identifying objects, completing activities, and transitioning between tasks.
- 🌈 Encourage independence by giving clients opportunities to try new things, make choices, solve problems, and complete tasks with less support over time.
- 🧩 Make learning individualized and fun by using each client’s interests and motivation to keep sessions engaging and positive.
- ❤️ Support positive behavior by teaching replacement skills and following behavior-support strategies outlined by the BCBA.
- 📊 Track progress by accurately collecting acquisition, maintenance, and behavior data throughout each session.
- 📝 Document each session by completing clear, accurate, and timely therapy notes.
- 🎒 Prepare for sessions by gathering materials, activities, visuals, and other items needed to support learning.
- 👨👩👧 Partner with families and caregivers by communicating professionally, celebrating progress, and helping create consistency across the child’s day.
- 🤝 Collaborate with your team by communicating with BCBAs, supervisors, and fellow team members about client progress and needs.
- 🎓 Keep learning and growing by participating in trainings, supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess:
- High School Diploma
- Registered Behavior Technicians preferred
- Experience with implementing ABA programming
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviors with caregivers and other professionals
- Must work well with children
- Must be dependable and reliable
