Athlete & Customer Communications Intern — Part-Time, Paid, Fully Remote

Top Tier Lessons is hiring a communications intern to support athlete and customer touch points across our NIL youth sports camps program. We partner with universities including Boise State and Santa Clara.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound parent and athlete email support (registration questions, logistics, follow-ups)
• Send camp registration confirmations and pre/post-camp communications
• Support social media engagement across our brand accounts (replies, DMs, community management)
• Draft and send outbound customer campaigns (newsletters, camp updates)
• Own the customer experience from first touch through post-camp survey

Details:

• Part-time (~15-20 hrs/week)
• - Fully remote
• - Paid
• - Fall 2026 start
