High Profile has partnered with an industry-leading, international organization in Dallas to hire Bilingual Business Development Associates for their Customer Operations team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in B2B client engagement, international business, and cross-functional marketing, backed by a structured 7-week paid training program designed for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Multilingual Client Engagement: Communicate daily with international clients and internal teams in English and French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Relationship Management: Deliver proactive, solutions-oriented B2B customer support while identifying growth and business development opportunities.
- Project Support: Assist with cross-functional sales, marketing, and client operations initiatives.
- Systems & Product Expertise: Master proprietary software tools and build deep product knowledge to support client needs.
- Professional Growth: Successfully complete an intensive, 7-week structured training program.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply).
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English AND at least one of the following: French, Spanish, or Portuguese (written and verbal).
- 0–3 years of professional experience in client support or business development preferred (maximum 5 years total work experience).
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving mindset, and an interest in B2B client relations or international business.
- Work Authorization: Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States now and in the future. (Note: This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship).
