Associate Veterinarian
Position: Associate Veterinarian (Full-time or Part-time)
Location: Mirror Lake Animal Hospital in Villa Rica, GA (30 miles west of Atlanta, GA)
About Us:
Mirror Lake Animal Hospital is an independently owned small-animal practice in west Georgia where people matter just as much as pets. We believe the best veterinarians are developed through mentorship, encouragement, and hands-on experience—not by being left to figure it out alone.
If you’re a new graduate, you’ll work side-by-side with an experienced veterinarian who enjoys teaching and is committed to helping you build confidence in medicine, surgery, communication, and clinical decision-making. You’ll be supported as you grow while practicing high-quality medicine in an environment where questions are welcomed and learning never stops.
Our culture is built on five core values: Compassion, Excellence, Integrity, Stewardship, and Growth. These values guide every decision we make—for our patients, our clients, our teammates, and our community.
We believe a fulfilling veterinary career should include both professional growth and personal well-being. That’s why we’ve created a collaborative, positive workplace where mentorship is intentional, teamwork is genuine, and work-life balance is respected.
If you’re looking for more than just your first job—if you’re looking for a place to become the veterinarian you aspire to be—we’d love to meet you.
