[Urgently Hiring] K-8 Afterschool Assistant Director (Bilingual Korean)

Position Overview:
E-PLEX is seeking a dedicated and dynamic K-8 Afterschool Assistant Director who is bilingual in Korean. The successful candidate will collaborate with the principal to oversee afterschool programs, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily school operations and facilitate effective communication.
- Conduct classroom observations, provide instructional coaching, and manage student discipline.
- Evaluate teacher performance and support compliance and assessment processes.
- Assist in the management and supervision of afterschool staff and volunteers.
- Develop and implement innovative curricula and enrichment activities.
- Monitor student behavior and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Foster strong communication between parents, staff, and the broader community.
- Organize special events and family engagement activities.
- Support staff training initiatives and assist with budget management.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in education or business management, or anticipated graduation within the next year.
- Previous experience in educational settings is preferred.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
