Insurance Account Representative

Position Overview:

As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and prospects, helping them find the right coverage while delivering exceptional service. This position includes outbound calling, texting, scheduling, and conducting client meetings to uncover insurance needs and offer tailored product solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls and send follow-up texts/emails to prospects and existing clients
• Set and manage appointments with clients for in-person, phone, or virtual meetings
• Host and lead client meetings to review current policies and identify additional needs
• Educate customers on insurance products including auto, home, life, and health
• Actively listen and provide personalized insurance recommendations
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
• Support the agency’s marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Proven sales or customer service experience (insurance experience a plus)
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven attitude
• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and teammates
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Must be able to obtain (or already possess) applicable state insurance licenses
