Marketing Intern

The Baldwin School is seeking a part-time Marketing Intern to join our team as a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern for Fall 2026-Spring 2027. This role offers hands-on experience in social media, content creation, and visual storytelling, with a minimum expected commitment of approximately 10 hours per week. Successful candidates will have an understanding of and appreciation for girls' education.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management
    • Assist with planning, drafting, and scheduling content across social media platforms
    • Monitor engagement and help identify trends or opportunities
    • Record monthly data points
  • Graphic Design
    • Create social media graphics, infographics, and marketing materials
    • Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Multimedia Content
    • Assist with filming, editing, and capturing photo and video content for social media and digital platforms
    • Help organize and maintain the digital media library in Google Drive
    • Support writing and editing articles for newsletters, the website, and the biannual magazine

Required Qualifications Include:

  • A current junior or senior in college
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Seeking internship experience and/or course credit
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Interest in social media and content creation
