  • Produce content on why virtual schools benefit students and families
  • Brainstorm and pitch new video concepts that educate, entertain, and drive conversation
  • Stay on top of social media trends while adapting them for an education audience
  • Design supporting graphics, carousels, and visual assets using Canva
  • Help grow the personal brands of Subject leaders through thought leadership content
  • Capture and edit footage during conferences, customer visits, and company events
  • Assist with podcast promotion by creating reels, clips, and thumbnails
  • Track content performance and recommend ideas based on what resonates with district leaders

Responsibilities include:

  • Current college student or recent graduate studying Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Film, Advertising, or a related field
  • Passion for creating social-first content
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
  • Experience editing videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software
  • Comfortable filming with an iPhone and creating polished, engaging videos
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new content ideas
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Interest in education, startups, or storytelling

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience growing a social media account or personal brand
  • Motion graphics or animation experience
  • Photography or videography experience
  • Experience interviewing people on camera
  • Portfolio showcasing social content you've created

What You'll Gain

  • Create content seen by school districts and education leaders nationwide
  • Build an impressive portfolio of high-performing social media campaigns
  • Learn directly from an experienced brand and marketing team
  • Gain experience producing content across podcasts, events, executive social media, and product marketing
  • Travel opportunities to conferences, customer schools, and company events
  • Exposure to startup marketing, brand strategy, video production, and education technology
  • Opportunity for future full-time employment
