Operations Intern

Event Strategies, Inc. (ESI) is a full service event production company based in Alexandria, VA. ESI is seeking motivated and dependable Operations Interns to join our team for the Fall and Winter 2026 months.

Operations Interns play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company and assisting departments across the organization. This position provides hands-on experience in business operations, event logistics, project coordination, inventory management, administrative support, and office operations while contributing to the planning and execution of high-profile live events, conferences, tours, and special projects nationwide.

Interns will work alongside ESI's Operations, Project Management, Production, Finance, and Administrative teams to help ensure the office, warehouse, and active projects operate efficiently. This internship is designed for individuals looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment while learning how a national event production company operates behind the scenes.
