Campus Marketing Ambassador

Location: USC Campus, Los Angeles
Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Pay: $20 per hour
Timing: First week of the fall semester

About the Role

We are looking for outgoing and reliable USC students to join an on-campus marketing activation for ERSA Nails, a fast-growing, design-forward press-on nail brand.

As a Campus Marketing Ambassador, you will help run a pop-up tabling activation near USC during the first week of school. You will introduce students to the brand, demonstrate the products, encourage engagement, and help create a fun and welcoming experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in fashion, beauty, marketing, brand activations, or entrepreneurship to gain hands-on experience working on a real consumer campaign.

Responsibilities

Welcome students and introduce them to ERSA Nails

Explain product features and answer basic questions

Demonstrate press-on nail products and help students explore different styles

Encourage students to engage with the activation, follow the brand, and make purchases

Assist with setting up, organizing, and breaking down the table

Keep the display clean, organized, and visually appealing

Share feedback and observations from students with the project team

Represent the brand in a friendly, confident, and professional way

Qualifications

Current USC student

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, proactive, and comfortable approaching new people

Reliable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts

Strong interest in fashion, beauty, social media, or consumer brands

Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, events, or campus organizations is a plus

Familiarity with USC campus culture and student communities is a plus

Schedule

The activation will take place during the first week of the USC fall semester. Candidates should be available for one or more shifts during the campaign period. Exact dates and shift times will be shared during the interview process.
