At Jukeboxy, we help businesses across North America create exceptional customer experiences through professionally licensed background music. From cafés and restaurants to hotels, retailers, and entertainment venues, our technology powers the soundtrack behind thousands of businesses every day.

As part of our team, you'll work side-by-side with the CEO on meaningful projects that help shape the future of the company. You'll learn how decisions are made, how teams collaborate, and how a growing business operates from the inside.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, organized, curious, and excited to build a long-term career in business operations and leadership.

What You'll Do

Every day is different. As the CEO's right hand, you'll assist with a wide variety of projects, including:

• Draft professional emails and business communications 
• Learn how executive-level decisions are made 
• Help manage projects and priorities across departments 
• Assist with customer relationship management and follow-ups 
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding initiatives 
• Build relationships with key customers and partners 
• Help organize company networking events and live music events 
• Assist with social media content ideas and planning 
• Conduct research on competitors, business opportunities, and industry trends 
• Help write blog articles and marketing content 
• Work with sales, support, and marketing teams on special initiatives 
• Learn how a CEO manages a growing team and company

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Business, Marketing, Communications, entrepreneurship, Hospitality, or a related field) 
• Strong writing and communication skills 
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace 
• Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools, social media platforms, or basic content creation is a plus

You'll begin by working directly with the CEO while gaining increasing responsibility across the business. As you develop your skills and demonstrate leadership, you'll have opportunities to advance into operational leadership roles, including:

• Operations Coordinator
