About the Role
We're looking for a skilled, motivated HVAC Technician to join our growing team. You'll work on a wide variety of commercial and residential projects — from brand-new system installations to troubleshooting repairs and preventative maintenance. No two days look the same, and you'll get hands-on experience across the full range of HVAC work.

What You'll Do
- Install new HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, mini-splits) in both commercial and residential settings
- Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation issues quickly and accurately
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to keep customer systems running efficiently
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Communicate clearly with customers — explain issues, recommend solutions, and deliver great service
- Maintain accurate service records and complete job documentation
- Follow all safety protocols and local/state codes
What We're Looking For
- EPA 608 Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- HVAC trade school certificate, apprenticeship experience, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems — we'll train the right candidate to grow into both
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (compensated)
Bonus points for: NATE certification, sheet metal or ductwork experience, low-voltage/controls knowledge, or commercial refrigeration experience.
