Food Prep and Packaging(Grab-and -Go)

We are looking for a Food Prep and Packaging (Grab-and-Go) Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and presenting food items efficiently and safely for quick service. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will help ensure our customers receive fresh, delicious meals with excellent service every time.

Duties

• Prepare a variety of food items following established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Package grab-and-go meals accurately, ensuring proper labeling and food safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and kitchen equipment regularly.
• Assist management by notifying supervisors of shortages or expired items.
• Follow all safety standards in food production to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate food preparation and packaging tasks smoothly.

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation, packaging, or food service is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus.
• Background in restaurant or catering environments helps in understanding food handling and serving procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals.
